Who needs to whip it out and pee in public? I don't want my kids having to look at your privates just cuz you didn't pee before leaving home! Come on people!
I agree that peeing in public isn't the nicest thing to do, but to ruin someone's life for it? Come On! BTW, if you're freaked out by peeing in public, don't ever go to Europe.

Yeah, I've seen those "pee closet" things out in the open in the Netherlands, Yuk!
A sex offender, a BUS STOP, and a FAMILY CENTER all within 50-100 feet /yards of one another! Something is wrong with this picture......
There is zero evidence that where an offender lives has any bearing on his propensity to offend. That in spite of having residency laws for years and years, like the one that caused the man in Grand Rapids to die in a snow bank.
It's like if you're robbing a bank with a toy gun and someone has a heart-attack in line. You're still going to be charged with murder as an indirect result of your actions.
So by your logic, the Michigan legislators ought to be charged for murdering that man who froze to death in Grand Rapids. I agree.
If a sex offender is going to re-offend, living 100 miles away from any society isn't going to stop him. By everybody becoming paranoid, it will only put everybody in a panic. Why stir up a panic?

If there is no one around to abuse, I guess it will stop him....

No it won't. Most people just want to get on with their lives and be left alone. Those who are going to re-offend are going to do it whether there are kids next door or 10 miles away. But then he'd have to be a ped to even want to.
I'm sharing it through honesty and because I thought this was a discussion.
