Newly installed AC went out....99 degrees/3pm last Sunday. Called twice and left message for the after-hours tech but no one responded! It was hot as h#ll and I have an elderly cat.
I was pretty darned mad. They told me the next day: "did not get the message"....that made me even more angry, as I do not believe it in the least. Their machine recording was clear that it was the correct place/no. and that someone would get back to me asap.
All is cool now....they did repair it and old kitty is happy and well.
OK, sorry everyone, but I'm going to quickly jump in here.
I'll be sending you a DM but also advising you publicly that you SHOULD start a Facebook thread, and put all of your Facebook musings there.
Now quickly jumping back out again.
Apologies for jumping in with such an advisement is completely and utterly unnecessary. On the contrary (and since the advisement has been followed) I believe I speak for many CD forum contributors in bestowing upon you bountiful accolades and showers of thanks.

Absolutely! There are many who owe you a debt of thanks.

Long phone call that I didn't need but had to endure this evening. Life should be better tomorrow.
