04/03/2010 - 06/26/2010 $ 522.00 12

07/24/2010 - 09/11/2010 $ 1575.00 7

This makes no sense. It is interesting that overpayment is for 26 weeks, but Year 2 UI is only 13 weeks.
did u get any year 2 extenions? because TECHNICALLY if u got tier 1 for a SECOND YEAR youd owe that back, b/c u shouldnt have gotten it!?
IDK a mess

Can anyone answer the following:
Do we have to go physically to ESC office to get appeal forms?
Do we have to appeal each letter separately?

and then $11 more per week this year.
yet 1 letter i got shows an $11/wk difference, and another a $21/wk difference.
at no point ever have i received $21 more than another time. no matter how you figure the extra $25 stimulus dollars or taxes. its never happened.
AND i got a direct deposit yesterday for $160.
go figure.

Thats the way it is for me too.
the amounts DONT make sense based on the weeks and months they are related to? BUT i guess maybe their system is accounting for it differently
BUTTTTT

IF and I say IF they swap out those weeks (Like the site says)
then it will balance out.... for the most part..

i dont know if appeals are the way to go, because i think MOST OF US will actually be better off WITHOUT THEM

for instance
i dont qualify for EB as it is now, since i had a Second year
BUT once they swap them out I DO and come out with 6-7 weeks longer than i do right now

10 days to do so.

Sounds like a good plan. I'll call Raleigh and see if I also qualify.
Thanks!

WELL DONT QUOTE ME ON THAT b/c NC screws it up EVERY TIME! but according to the NC ESC Site (a small blurb on the right column side) they are SUPPOSED to switch out those weeks (AND NOT MAKE US PAY BACK CASH or DEDUCT from our weekly amounts) but who knows if and when they will have it fixed.

i still think theres a good chance this is a case of the left hand not knowing what the right is doing. or that letters came out prematurely.
i mean i get a letter printed, and mailed, and received. but the INTERNET WEBSITE cant explain the DIRECT DEPOSIT i got? its not anywhere on my payments list.

one person on here got a $1600 deposit with no explanation.
