Regrettably I am in the middle of a years lease here. I visited many times when considering renting OR buying here and it seemed great. Oh, how looks can be deceiving! This neighborhood is SO GHETTO! Loud, full of shady teenagers, and dirty. At least I didnt buy here.
When I first got here I lived in NYC for two years, BK in fact, in an area that was NOT ghetto like the slum I am stuck in now.
Well that changes things. You have nobody to blame but yourself for not gaining a better eye and some street smarts in two years.
