Maybe this person was not a troll on that other thread and really does want to move to Brownsville-Ocean Hill?

I am not a troll but I am looking in the part of Bedford Stuvesant that borders Ocean Hill, not Ocean hill itself and not Brownsville.

I think that's actually Wingate. PLG starts at Lincoln Road. But yeah, you were in the hood nonetheless. I used to date a girl that lived a few blocks away from there and I didn't like walking around there at night at all. One of the few parts of the city where I felt like I had to "watch my back" at night time. It's actually a part of Brooklyn where you think it seems like all is well but actually kind of on the more dangerous side come nightfall. Not saying your block was necessarily bad, I don't have experience with that particular block. But the area as a whole.

My bad. Maybe the realtors really are just pushing that area real hard then.

Why not check out the wonderful buildings on Woodruff, even better at Regent and e21, or best of all, the exceptional abodes on Beekman ... the vibrancy is simply breathtaking, until your last, LOL.
