I live in Prospect Lefferts Gardens now, I am sorry to say. It's lousy here and thankfully my lease is up at the end of the year. I regret ever coming here.

I don't think that wasting a year in the prime of my life living in a euphemistically named neighborhood that in reality is the "gateway to East Flatbush" is all that funny. The only good thing about the area was The Keg Lounge, and that closed down.

Good point. Right now I have my eye on a few things in Bedford Stuyvesant, closer to the city and to the cool parts of BK.

Yes, it does. But it's closer to things, and some of those areas out toward Ocean Hill seem quieter and more residential.
