6/15/23 - finished upload documents
7/7/23 - received email saying limited units and processed as backup
Hello everyone I was contacted on Aug 22. To submit documents I thought it was for phase 2 but it wasn’t. Submitted everything and on pronto. On Sept 6, I got an email saying “Unit of Eligibility” I was told to select my first and second choice preference for the 3 units I’m eligible for with a due date of Sept 8. What do you guys think my chances are. I qualify for 70% AMI for a 1 & 2 bedroom and 110% AMI for 1 bedroom. Disability preference log 16xxx

I got contacted to them for the first time ever. My question is about yearly certification. Does anyone know if we would have to give in all of this information every time we renew the lease???????
