What are they building right off exit 6 have seen a lot of movement over there the last month or so. Any one have an idea? Thanks.

Looks like the strip mall where Kmart used to be has been sold.

This can only be good...maybe new ownership (local/regional ownership at that) will have some luck in rehabbing that sorely needed area.

I don't have my hopes too high, though. They are putting in (another!) discount tire store in the frontage area I noticed the other day.

Well the place is ripe for development. Whole Foods, Costco (I think Mount Juliet will get one before we do) Trader Joe's.

Sigh, one could only hope. I'd like to spend my tax dollars in Sumner instead of some other county.

they are extending the hospital, which my insurance won't allow me to go to
