never hurts to ask the source...i just got this response back from the prez of apollo burger:



Thanks very much for your message! We're really excited to open Apollo Burger in Hendersonville in the next few weeks (hopefully right after Thanksgiving), and we're breaking ground on two additional stores in Franklin, beginning in December. We're looking forward to introducing our menu in Tennessee and can't wait to get started!

Thanks a million, and I hope I have a chance to buy you a burger when we're open!

You guys are going to LOVE Apollo Burger! I ate there all the time when I lived in Utah. I'm surprised that they're expanding out here, but thrilled! I hope they'll also have their signature fry sauce.

i asked why hendersonville, tn, but he just said he's glad to be here...who knows why?

When I talked to the guy on site he mentioned something about a new business partner who lives in Utah and Tennessee who wanted to bring it here.
