My hopes for the Civic Center/property:

-repurposed arena
-expanded retail/residential in area of current parking lot (like in the Map for Mobile)
-parking garages used instead of surface parking
-outdoor amphitheater/baseball stadium

Default Interesting stuff for craft beer drinkers

Interested to see where Haint Blue goes.. I think they should go over to St Louis. Speaking of St. Louis this is the first I've heard about Old Majestic Brewpub. That's cool City

My current guess is Haint Blue ends up at the Red Cross Bldg redevelopment at Broad and Dauphin. I hadn't heard about Old Majestic on St. Louis, though. That's great.

Xcite, the club in the middle of LoDa that tried to become a gentlemen's club or something, finally closed. They put a big For Lease banner on it last night.

Hmm wonder if they will have brunch? They are really maximizing their use of the spot. Love it.
