Not sure if it's been posted on here but it's something I learned at the grilled cheese cookoff last night. Downtown is getting a cheese store. The Cheese Cottage is opening up on St. Louis sometime this fall. I'm pretty stoked about this..

This makes me crazy happy. I love to cook and eat good food, and really the only places that have decent cheese are places like whole foods/fresh market and some other smaller places. Really excited about this.

Merchants Plaza is going to be a great asset for downtown.

In addition, I have also heard that the Wells Fargo Tower (Waterman Bldg) - 16 stories or so - has been purchased and will be redeveloped.

I love this. Hopefully the re-election happens for the man who is facilitating all this. I think it will.
