Not a surprise... but the report did also mention that three of the names (restaurants) going into the Midtown Publix development are national companies not already in Mobile.

The Arby's on Government & Washington (next to the Library) has closed and has a fence around it. Any idea if they are renovating/rebuilding, or is something new coming to that location?

We walked by Bun-D on Tuesday, and them seemed to be getting close to finishing work. Sounds like a good place, with a healthy menu. Interesting that they chose Mobile for one of their first 2 American locations!
