Thanks for the update, Cambium , however, sane people don't leave for work the insane time I do (4:30 am)! By the time I'm close to civilization, I then have to watch-out for the nutcases who forget to drink (COFFEE at home), before driving !

At least I have one thing to look forward to...the parking lot at work will be the safest part of my journey (unlike it used to be in the past), on Monday morning..

Currently here at, Aurora, ME..28F Degrees, Dew Point 27F Degrees, Winds North 5mph...

What a mix we had today...A light hoar-frost clung to everything this morning...Had to walk outside to be sure it wasn't freezing rain...

Later on, we warmed up and the ice cycles hanging from our eves, dripped, poured and fell-off...

Cravings for Chili (which I rarely have), led Beloved to our General Store/Diner/Gas Station for purchases (while I continued with the laundry, hanging it in the drying room on racks).

Discussions ensued with Beloved, about why such cravings might occur (with the local crowd who gathered for a late-morning early dinner meal), then laughter! Nothing like providing one's small community with entertainment!

Rain turned into snow this afternoon (without an accumulation), paused and slipped into evening's darkness...

Time for bed, the warmed sheets and bedding call...

Goodnight!

This " rain all day- mixing with non accumlating snow" turned into nothing- then snow now for hours.

We have about 3 inches here in Princeton, and still coming down.

Say a new map for the storm Monday into tuesday. We are in the 4-8" area- with Northern Maine getting 8-12"...

Yippee- Bring it on !

Top 10 coldest Novembers for many of us. The Top number is current location. Top number is using previous locations.

Like Bangor: Current Location is from 1953 and its coldest on record there.. Using all locations for Bangor area since 1926 its 2nd Coldest.

NWS says Bar Harbor will get 2-3 inches. But Intellicast, Wunderweather, and Accuweather are all predicting heavy rain with temps too high to produce any snow at all. I’m hoping to see the 6 inches here all melt so I can get the wood I never stacked under cover of tarps for winter usage.

Winter just came too soon, and summer was too hot to do the work.

Difficult for the coast. Strong Easterly winds making the forecast tricky.

Just the other day I finally got around to stacking the pile I had since Fall 2017. Bottom pieces were pretty much part of Earth. The timing of outdoor stuff has been truly difficult.

Worth repeating this as it's been true all year...

Too cold, too snowy, too rainy, too wet, too hot, too humid, too busy, too tired, too lazy, too many mosquitoes, ect
