The lucrative jobs at a new resort are filled by family, friends, and friends of friends. Many will transfer from sister properties, and only a very small percentage of outsiders are hired based on need to fill a position. Generally, the lucrative jobs are quickly filled, but some departments just might not be able to find enough workers.

And, there will be a large amount of young, unskilled, beautiful, silicone-enhanced people hired as well. I know because I hire.

But, remember...in the end, only good employees will last. If you're great at what you do, you will always outlast the others that are hired on superficial factors.

i was at MGM Detroit Today and they can't even Sell off the MGM here to help them with $$$$ to finish the Project in Las Vegas CC.
