Companies paying low end is a common trend and it's not relegated to this ONE company (trust me I work for a major one that pays people 8 dollars less than what they'd get in any other STATE). That is all. Good luck to you, I hope you don't have to suffer through their employment
first off, it was MY OPINION.... if you don't like it, don't read it... Look around, and see what CityCenter's initial response and opinions are...on this board and others.. it is not good... second... look at Mgm mirages reputation... and of course i understand that all companies start low.... also remember that the companies OVER HIRE by alot (eg.. the M resort) and then let the people go within the first 90 days... finally all i was trying to say is that dont let Citycenter be the only egg in your basket.. If you are counting on this to be your employer without applying around.... when you get here and IF you are let go, its your own fault....People should check the area out first, before making a commitment .

Hello everybody!! First time posting here. I'm applying for a casino floor job at ARIA. I've been through the screening, first interview, second interview, and drug test and am waiting on an offer. I have several friends applying for the same job and one of them had a rejection email waiting for her when she got home from her second interview. So I think those of us who haven't gotten that email are still in the running. To those of you trying to burst our hope bubble, get a life. This thread is ment to give productive information to each other. I think some are just bitter they didn't even get past the screening. To everybody else: Good luck and God Bless!!!

HELLO AIRICS,
I do understand what your saying, and I do have a good job which I've been at for 5 years now, for me myself I just need a change because the corporate part of my current job is changing everything and not for the better. Now if I do get hire at city center I will not quit my current job right away, but I will rearrange things like go down to less days to give city center a feel and to find out were I'm at in the long run with city center.....Hopefully things will be a success at city center than I will quit my current job....Thanks for your input and I know your just trying to keep things on the bright side of reality

Hey Garyray,
Just wondering your friend who got the rejection email did she also take a drug test to? Was her process the screening, first interview, drug test, second interview and after the second interview she got a rejection letter? Thats the only thing I don't understand why would they have her go thru all of that, especially paying for a drug test, then a second interview, just to get a rejection letter email to her. Was her second interview recently? And GOOD LUCK TO YOU AS WELL
