Thanks! I am not exactly sure how long it will be until I can move back here. Depends on many factors. But that dang snow and cold could speed up the decision!

I will definitely keep posting--I like you guys!!! It's too bad we didn't get a meeting together!!!

Good luck to you in your hunt for employment!!

BTW, the dogs are so cute. They look so delicate. And FWIW, I know you loved your beard, but I like the no-beard look myself.

Wish I would have known about the chicken at KFC before we bought it here. Wow, the pieces were tiny!! I couldn't believe it. Not like that in MI. I wonder who's cooking what? I actually thought we were eating Cornish Hen pieces!

Ah well, ya gotta love 'em!

Thanks!
How fun! Well at least they have a great mother like you! My mother passed away before I had my daughter, and that is one of my biggest things that I missed out on. My aunt came out to help for a couple of days with my first daughter, but was not the same. Your daughters are lucky they will have you there for support!

Good luck, and sorry you will have to leave your hubby! I know that must have been a hard decision for you, since you just moved out here to be with him!

LOL!!! Believe me, so will my husband! Plus, it is on my home page as the default weather. I would rather look at that than Detroits. Even if I am not here!

I was freezing tonight, though! Went to a Christmas dinner for my husband's company at Del Friscos. Was very good food. Should have worn my winter coat!

I know, we took our daughter to the Magical Forest. I could not feel my nose, hands or feet. Very cold, may even get snow tomorrow.

You're welcome, Kimba. I've never been to MI. If I ever do visit, it won't be in winter! It's not too late to get together for a cup of coffee. Did you read the wiki that I posted a link to? It's hard to believe it, but
Iggies can run up to 25 mph. I don't know if they're doing they're top speed in that video, but it's not sped up.

Most people have said that, but I still miss it.

Smiths gives nice, big pieces, and it's not peppery like KFC's. However, I do like their pot pies, I just wish that they had crust bottoms!
