They do that all over, it is not an Indiana exclusive and not even an idea that started in Indiana. Order a thin crust pizza from Dominos (which does exist in Michigan, and other states) and report back to us about how it is cut.

Square pizza cuts work great for the super crunchy thin crust you find at a lot of places, doughy thin crust not so much. Anyways I can't believe this actually made it onto a list as to why someone is unhappy with a state let alone 20+ responses. Now +1 : )

Here, here I can totally relate to your situation. I survive by using IND (Indianapolis International airport) quite often

P.S. - Just how "international" is this airport? Other than the Toronto (if they still do that route) what international direct routes does NapTown have?

Ohio does it also - LaBullBoxer31 and Donatos in Cincinnati and Dayton cut round pizzas into little squares.

If you compare it to Gary Chicago International or Fort Wayne International, it has plenty of international destinations served

Searched a few dates for Cancun, but didn't see any non-stops. I did a search for summer and winter. Hmm...

I have flown directly from IND to CUN in the past (last summer I believe). Perhaps they no longer have that route.

When a thread is discussing direct flights to Cancun and how people cut their pizza as reasons to not like a place, we have crossed over into "its not the location, its you" territory.

International designation isn't about passenger destination, it's about foreign trade zone status in which all of Indianapolis International property is a foreign trade zone (INZone) as it handles a lot of cargo domestic and internationally. Also deals with having a security check point for those arriving from international destinations which IND has.You also have companies like Redcats that have facilities in Indy and Plainfield which are also designated foreign trade zones. Any airport can have International in the name (Gary-Chicago International) but unless it's a foreign trade zone it's not designated as such.

Outside of a court be it parole or family court or being a minor, nothing keeps anyone anywhere. As US citizens we are allowed to go and live wherever we want within the Republic. If a place makes you that unhappy, leave and find somewhere that does, you're not forced to stay there unless by court of law.

Have you tried Connor Prairie, Parke County bridges, Brown County, Northeastway, Southeastway, Southwestway, Northwestway, Sahm parks? How about the smaller parks like Holiday and Garfield? When you did IMA did you just do the building or did you also do the 157 acres of grounds and trails plus the canal? When you go out to eat do you stick to Keystone at the Crossing, the wholesale district or do you actually venture out and go to say West 38th street? I've been in Indianapolis for quite a few years and somehow manage to find new places to eat all the time. It's not really that difficult.

People are "clannish" where ever you go. You say you are from Minney. Not all peaches and cream up there. Plenty of times I've been there and people look at me as if I have just a tad bit too much melanin in my skin to be in "certain" places, honestly, I've gotten a couple of Martinsville type vibes up there. Yet while Minney is nice, it doesn't offer what I look for outside of a job. Great Scandinavian culture and history but black, not so much and let's just be honest, people smile to your face and dog you out behind your back all across this planet. No place is exempt be it London, Indy or Minney. Two faced SOB's just exist and will always exist everywhere.

Any area with 1.9 million people or so will not offer what an area of 3.3 million would. It's simple supply and demand. An area will only sustain what its population can so there will always be fewer when the size difference is that great.
