OK, I thought it was understood, but apparently not.... I meant a public investment. Again, that would be something that helps to bring about greater benefits in the long term.

That is a State Park. All State Parks charge admission. We were talking overlook if you would take time to read.

I'll do that if you take the time to actually think outside of your conservative (still living in the horse and buggy 1800s era) box for once and realize you're not the only one residing in this area. Oh and I support more sidewalks and bike lanes...sue me.
