What’s for Dinner

Tonight at the Case abode: Lasagna with meat sauce, sided with crisp, green salad (ranch dressing).

Too hot to cook tonight so we had Taco Salads with chicken, steak and shrimp❗️

Still eating odds & ends before the big move. Tonight is sausages topped with chili and white queso, and steamed broccoli. And it just so happens to be hot dog appreciation day or whatever it's called, so this works!

Caprice salad sandwich on a crusty Baguette (Fresh mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes, and arugula) slathered with Irresistible Creamy Basil dressing.

Strawberry and watermelon Sangrias.

Chicken pie: leftover chicken shredded and mixed with peas and carrots and chicken gravy. Using puff pastry as an easy crust.

Just a can of chicken noodle soup today.
