Schwarma chicken, sweet potato & a garden salad & probably some fresh fruit too. I also cooked some rhubarb, not sure if that will be for tonight or tomorrow. I love rhubarb, & my kind neighbor gave me some stalks.

Just a charcuterie board with fresh cheeses, deli meats, dips and crackers; a bottle of Malbec, beer, and mixed berry fruit parfaits.

I can't risk the last 2 slices of my pizza becoming a science project so I'm eating that tonight. I calling the jalapenos on it my green vegetable for the meal.

I don't often cook "for real", but tonight I made an effort. Snapper haddock, with a home-made wet rub applied with a brush to both sides just before cooking: herbs de provence, minced garlic, cajun seasoning, lemon juice and olive oil and then pan-fried in a pan sprayed with a little avocado oil... a summery cucumber salad with French vinagrette dressing - very pleased with the results!

I bought a small thin crust pizza with the works on it and I added jalapenos. So I had the last two slices for lunch today.

You can't beat cold pizza!
