Dinner tonight was trottole pasta using last season's frozen pesto, also added was some of last night's grilled eggplant, zucchini, onion, peppers, tomatoes and lemon. So much flavor! Also a romaine and curly endive salad with garlic, tomato and a red wine vinaigrette. Also a glass or two of pinot noir to drink.
Tonight spaghetti with thyme,lemon zest/juice,black pepper and parmesan served with a mixed garden salad.To drink lemon water.For dessert mango slices.
Tonight at the Case abode: Two Veggieful pocket pies from Del Monte, fresh and hot from the oven. They're two broccoli, potato, and cheddar pies. Thought I'd give those a try.
Pork sausage and pepper stromboli (hellowfresh),spinach and cucumber salad with nutritional yeast dressing.
