After we did some shopping, had decided to go to a Roadhouse. I had opted for the 8oz steak and grilled shrimp combo, applesauce, and a cup of chili. DH practically copied me but he chose chicken instead.oh, and his a beer, I got lemonade. Cut little bits up and added to dogs bowls. Guess they don’t min$ us going out shopping so much anymore.m
Crispy pork belly, gets smoked some, gets put in the convection oven some, it's an all day thing.
I have lettuce cups, some pickled veggies and cilantro to with it, and a side of coleslaw.
