Friends gave us half their spiral sliced ham, and a bunch of sweet potatoes, so I guess we’re having ham and baked sweet potatoes with raisin sauce, and a veg.
Last night we had sausages, mash & mixed veg, so this evening we will finish off the Christmas leftovers of Turkey, stuffing, scalloped potatoes & add some frozen brussel sprouts.
Braised and baked boneless pork short ribs. Mac n cheese and Lima beans for sides. I’ve got some nice, hot Georgia BBQ sauce too.
I've got some lima beans in my pantry. I might make them as soon as next week.
