Slowly grilled bone in skin on chicken breasts, mashed potatoes, green beans,gravy, rabbit food.

Last night husband made meatballs and I fluffed up Rao's tomato sauce with onions, mushrooms and garlic and OMG it was heaven on angel hair pasta.

Tonight is healthy chicken sausage with mushrooms, onions and spinach, potato pancakes and green peas.

Trying to skip desserts to get back to the good place....after that is achieved desserts will be made and eaten!

1/2 honey lime burrito, handful of chili lime Sun Chips and I finished off my bottle of CocoCola (made in Mexico).

Carne asada, avocado fries, black beans, and flour tortillas.

We came home from Christmas Day with roast beef leftovers. Tonight we had the last of it with roasted spuds and broccoli. The last of the mince pie.

Had chicken wings in the air fryer with bake and shake.

Tonight was a Chinese buffet at Great Wall in Frisco, TX. I had pepper steak, fried rice, sesame chicken, grilled salmon with assorted peppers in a spicy sauce, lots of fried shrimp, and one fried chicken wing.



That's right. One.
