Tonight at the Case abode: Breakfast is for supper. Southern-style biscuits, H-E-B hot pork sausage patties (to make biscuit sandwiches), sauteed Hatch green chilies, and scrambled Egg Beaters.
Husband made oven baked chicken thighs in wonderful sauce, mashed potatoes, green beans.
He's made this chicken many times before but it was outstanding this time.
Dessert: profiteroles (I made today) with vanilla pudding by him.
