I'd like that recipe! Did you serve it with Mexican rice, and a green salad with avocados and home made ranch dressing? Or potato salad and a salad? Those would be my choices.

We are also having grilled salmon with lemon and garlic. Parmesan smashed potatoes, and apple cider coleslaw.

apple crisp for dessert.

We were going to go out to eat at a local place we’ve been meaning to try, but hubby got called into a last minute dinner meeting.
So I pulled a thin cut t-bone out of the freezer, bought to cut up for chili or beef stew, cooked it up on the stovetop, ate it with a side of cannelini beans.
It was pretty yucky, lol.

We switched tomorrows dinner for tonight. So sumac chicken with veggies over bulgur, and tahini roasted cabbage with sumac on the side.

More crepes/strawberries/lemon curd/marscapone for dessert.
