About 1.25-pounds of pork-ribs cooked in my pot with water.

Bought 10-pounds of pork-ribs at Walmart for 98-cents a pound! ☺

Tonight, I'll be at my church for a concert and dinner, but all I can say now is, the dinner will be catered by Maggiano's Italian. I'll come back later with an update to tell you what it was, but I can't help but get excited about what I'll be having.

Chicken fried steak and gravy, asparagus side.

Tomorrow is dinner at niece's house. I'm bringing coleslaw, sister is grilling chicken, and I made a raspberry/Dijon dressing for her spinach/goat cheese/cherry salad.
