Tonight at the Case abode: Taco Tuesday as I have some soft tacos (H-E-B's prepared ground taco meat, well-seasoned and put in some warm flour tortillas) sided with some Mexican rice.
Grilling cheese, on a bed of couscous, kale, tomatoes, lemon, arugula and whatever other veggies I dig up.
