Whole grain macaroni with a freezer marinara sauce from last Summer's garden, Italian roasted fennel, a tossed salad with tomatoes, red onion, cukes and a garlic vinaigrette. We also shared a bottle of primitivo wine. Dessert will be coffee for me and a few pieces of dark chocolate.
Very lean pork chops simmered with onions, mushrooms, herbs, white wine, cream, basmati, lots of rabbit food, green beans. Desert - whatever comes to mind at that point.
Prepared our Goulash. All we need to do now is turn stove back on, heat up the Goulash, toast some garlic bread or sticks, Pour me some wine and chow down. Mr C is going to pour himself a glass of beer but at this time, I don’t know which one.
