We are making a homemade version of lamb shawarma. I made a batch of tzatziki this morning. We will make sandwiches on pita with cucumbers along with the lamb and tzatziki.

shredded green cabbage
olive oil
chopped garlic cloves and ginger
chopped onion
turmeric powder and salt
vegetable broth/chicken broth or water
