Leftover Green bean chicken ( Chinese take out) home made rice & some home made bean soup. DH will have grilled andouille sausage with the bean soup ( no Chinese for him)

Never played canasta but the wine and cookies sound divine.
What cut of meat are you using for the stroganoff? Haven't had in years and that sounds good.
Interestingly enough, I found a chuck tender roast on sale and when I read up on it and found out it was named for its resemblance to a tenderloin but it was definitely not a tender cut of meat, I cooked it in the Instant Pot to make the stroganoff. It turned out well!
We had pizza tonight. DH is not a fan of pizza but he knew I needed a break.
