Tonight at the Case abode: H-E-B pork and venison smoked sausage, mac/cheese, and BBQ beans.

Smoked sausage and bok choy saute. It's a staple in my house. I love bok choy and will eat it with just about anything.

Homemade pizza with chicken and eggs

Our freezer then refrigerator decided to give up on us. We were at Lowe’s the other day looking for a possible replacement. Have a repair person coming out Tuesday to check. Spouse had called others before then. One said that they are no longer in the business and the other said that they couldn’t come out until after Christmas.

So for now using insulated containers and buying bags of ice. Spouse called to get Hawaiian pizza with delivery. It was really good. Kinda warm Mt Dew. I love dipping the crust end in the melted garlic butter.

Just got back from the Company Christmas Party

Buffet style and the boneless short ribs for real melted in my mouth. They were incredible.
