I found a small single turkey breast - bone in - at the store awhile back. I brined it this AM and then put it on the electric smoker. Not bad. We had tater tots and green beans with it and homemade chocolate pudding for dessert.

Yummmmm -- homemade chocolate pudding is the best. I have not had that in years.
