Earlier, I stopped in at La Hacienda Ranch for a filet steak (medium), a cheese enchilada w/chili and slithered jalapenos, refrieds, rice, chips, salsa, Shiner Bock beer, and iced tea.
Ha! Yes!
I did cook them before eating.
And those thighs were baked to a Crisp, not a frisp. That fr must have been a freudian slip, I was thinking about the fries!!
I marinated a small ribeye in a mix of Asian sauce and Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce -- pan fried it and had half the steak on a crisp French roll with sliced tomato and lots of romaine and some homemade scalloped potatoes. Dessert was a fresh yellow mango and some pineapple chunks. Herbal tea was my drink of choice.
