Last night we got Thai dinner because we were out of town (30 minutes).
Had dumpling combo of several types: peanut, Thai and another type. Thai one was wow great.
Talked to server who said his mom makes them every other day.
Also: fresh rolls and we split a red curry dinner with beef, meat was super tender.
Wish this restaurant was closer to home.

Tonight I grilled a big fat piece of Grouper we had gotten on our last coast run. Served with baked sweet potatoes and sautéed spinach.
