Just back from visiting my newest granddaughter! I have three granddaughters aged 4, 3, and 5 months. All of us including the in-laws trekked around Lake Tahoe. It feels good to be home. I've been catching up with all of the wonderful dinners on here! I guess I repped out a lot you and can't for awhile, very frustrating.
Tonight we are having smothered oxtails with carrots and peppers over buttered egg noodles; toasted garlic bread slathered with warm, flavored cream cheese; tomato & cuke salad; and raspberry cheesecake.
I've got a vat of beef chili underway for dinner tonight, will fix it up with pickled red onions, sour cream and Fritos, and a Modelo Negro to wash it down.
