/We didn't have our chili rellenos last night, long story so they will be on the plate tonight, along with all the other things I was going to have last night. We did have wonderful chicken thighs last night, with left over squash casserole and salad. Spoiled brat was not impressed. If I had a temper I would have hit him over the head with the newspaper, but why waste a good newspaper?

Tonight grilled parsley turkey burgers with a mayonnaise sauce flavored with Dijon mustard, orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and ginger. Served with a cold potato salad and a tomato/onion salad.To drink beer or Perrier water with black currant Ribena or sour lemon/lime water. For dessert Neapolitan ice cream with shaved Mocha chocolate.

Rib eye, big green salad, flat bread (I make 2-portion sizes and freeze them, take them out when SO starts the grill, a few minutes on the off grill when his steak rests.)
