Tonight I had a pork chop (baked this time ... went back to my favorite Shake & Bake flavor, Parmesan crusted I think it's called). I overcooked the veggies, alas. The pork chop was good, at least!

No picture, I left my phone upstairs in my home office and was too lazy to go get it!

I am curious, what does cooked octopus taste like? (Not to confuse it with UNCOOKED octopus, of course! )

Please don't say "chicken"!

I always have octopus as sushi or poke. It's good, not a lot of flavor, a little like squid.

Octopus? Yum! It's got a mild, briny flavor.

Last night I had sockeye salmon, steamed broccoli with lemon, and corn on the cob.

Playing bridge today so want to keep dinner simple. I have a huge pot of multi bean and ham soup in the crock pot: will just turn it back on and have that, plus Texas toast for dinner.

Karen (I can't rep you yet) no photo? I thought we were picture buddies? I wish more people would post photos, I love seeing them! Here is one of the sandwich I made with the leftover pulled pork from my freezer. I put it on a Martin's potato roll with red onions and Rufus Teague BBQ sauce on it.

I know its not the right weather for it but I have a mad craving for Johnny Marzetti. So that is what I am making for dinner tonight.
