Tonight we are having seafood lasagna (loaded with scallops, shrimp and crab in a creamy sauce), garlic-roasted green beans and mushroom, crusty French bread and shortbread cookies drizzled with buttercream frosting for dessert. Husband is supposed to bring the wine (he'd better have a bag or bottle in his hand when he gets out of his car).

tonight i went fishing....and caught a few smaller fish and fed an osprey and a couple loons...
i ask the loon to make their loon call (and they do) and i throw them a fish..... ill try to get that on video..

Seasoned chicken fajitas with spinach leaves, shredded cheese, Pico de Gallo, guacamole and on mine-jalapenos.
Served with black beans and green salad.
We are having boring, but yummy loin pork chops in a wine sauce, broccoli and cottage cheese salad. I may do rice as well, but that remains to be seen. The past few weeks my great idea of a weekly menu has gone up in flames. I will get my act together and back on track in another week or so, when things calm down a bit.
