last night we had a wonderful Chinese dinner. Spoiled brat said it was the best Chinese food I had ever made, but I didn't think it was all that great. Tonight it is a simple dinner, just chicken thighs in a roasted tomato sauce and green salad with probable mashed potatoes.

I found a recipe for a copycat Durkee chili seasoning mix, which has always been my favorite, but not available in my store (I won 3rd in a chili cook off once with it). So, I think I'll mix up a batch and make chili tonight. Corn bread or cheese biscuits.
