Fyi...I chose the tortilla option earlier tonight. All the dinners posted here today sound delicious!

I am not sure. We are off the do our big monthly shopping: Sam's and Aldi's so we will be hot and tired when we get home. My first thought was taco salad, but then I remembered we will not take time for lunch probably as we are having doggie groomed as well and will have to get the shopping done and still pick her up when she is ready. Maybe I will just make hot dogs and chips or something like that?

Tonight Indian spiced lentil meatloaf served with baby spinach and tomato salad. To drink lassi or sour lemon water. For dessert vanilla pudding with sour cherry compote.

That is funny. I was just thinking I'd like to have a mini Thanksgiving for dinner tonight. Roasted turkey, stuffing, gravy, butternut squash, my friend's home made cranberry, and Brussels sprouts.

Yesterday made a bday dinner for my sweet baboo.

Homemade salads: Dijon-dill potato salad with celery, shallots, and peppers, tri-color cole slaw
Hot dogs
Brookies and Brookie mini-sundaes for dessert

I have leftovers, so should probably serve it all again today
