Last night was pan seared pork chops, corn on the cob, Roma beans and a peach with cream for dessert. Tonight will be pork chops with shisito peppers, corn on the cob and a salad, and another peach.

Tonight I am making turkey scallopini. First time making it but it looks easy enough. I will also make a batch of crockpot mac and cheese. I am rounding the meal off with a salad.

I'm off to do the weekly shopping today while spoiled brat is having lunch with his old church buddies. If all does well, we are having chicken smothered in peach salsa, roasted sweet potato, green beans and a small fruit salad. Of course when it is shopping day, who knows what dinner will bring?
