15 bean stew with ham, andoullie sausage and veggies. A side salad of spinach and arugula.
Last night was leftover pork belly in bao buns with daikon, arugula and hoison sauce and left over broccolini.

Thank you! This saved me from wandering around Sprouts, sipping the free coffee, without a clue. I'm going to add some cremini mushrooms and make something similar to go with leftover lamb burgers from last night.
You just reminded me of something.....did you know that some of the grocery stores in NC have beer and wine bars in the grocery store? Coffee's nice, but I wouldn't mind a wee Chardonnay. Lowes Foods, in Southern Pines, and not sure which others.
I found grass fed ground beef on sale at my local Big Y for $1.75 a pound! So of course I bought a bunch. I am turning some of into our version of smashburgers tonight. I am serving with all the usual vegetables and condiment choices.
