She is a very good cook, so I feel safe and Salmon is one of my very favorite fish. In fact I guess it is our favorite.

You just reminded me of something.....did you know that some of the grocery stores in NC have beer and wine bars in the grocery store? Coffee's nice, but I wouldn't mind a wee Chardonnay. Lowes Foods, in Southern Pines, and not sure which others.

It was my first visit. We really liked it!

I found grass fed ground beef on sale at my local Big Y for $1.75 a pound! So of course I bought a bunch. I am turning some of into our version of smashburgers tonight. I am serving with all the usual vegetables and condiment choices.

Hey Dirt Grinder- your lobsta (no h for me!) ravioli sounds wicked awesome!

It was cool here today, so I made a baked Pesto Lasagna - this recipe - Pesto Lasagna Recipe | Aida Mollenkamp | Food Network

Cuucumber, tomato, and onion salad will lemon dill dressing.

Some mini red velvet cup cakes that I baked for church yesterday. I'll pass and have green tea and cherries.
