Tonight a creamy potato,celery,carrot and onion soup. For dessert fruit salad with Bartlett pears,bananas,green and red grapes,Kiwi,first oranges,lemon juice,a bit of vanilla sugar and garnished with roasted almond slices and for the daring one a shot of Cointreau or Grand Marnier .
Tonight I am making pork-fried rice with the leftover pork roast from yesterday - I already have some cooked rice in the refrigerator and I'll add some garlic/black bean sauce, green onions and mushrooms. I might make a cuke, tomato and avocado salad, we'll see. We still have coconut pound cake left for dessert.

We found the lady peas and yellow squash at a farmers' market in Georgia. The lady peas were a real surprise, as they are a rare find in the summer, let alone fall.
