I think it will be pasta with roasted vegetables. It a Martha Stewart recipe with roasted zucchini, mushrooms, fresh herbs, and tomatoes, tossed with parmesan and pasta. Crusty bread.

Making a pot roast in a few hours and will place it in the slow cooker for this evening.

Thank you! This saved me from wandering around Sprouts, sipping the free coffee, without a clue. I'm going to add some cremini mushrooms and make something similar to go with leftover lamb burgers from last night.

Going to our daughters. She is fixing a salmon dish she had not too long ago and says it is to die for. I hope we don't die.k

She is a very good cook, so I feel safe and Salmon is one of my very favorite fish. In fact I guess it is our favorite.

Good heavens, magicshark! You simply have to stop making my mouth water. Now, I am craving fried clams, fries and coleslaw. Thanks a lot!


Tonight we are having polenta (with blue cheese and Parmesan) topped with chunks of crisp pork belly, cucumber/avocado/tomato salad, garlic toast and key lime tarts with whipped cream for dessert.

15 bean stew with ham, andoullie sausage and veggies. A side salad of spinach and arugula.
