What's For Dinner Tonight -- 2017 (wine, beer, cheeseburgers, mushrooms)

I think it will be pasta with roasted vegetables. It a Martha Stewart recipe with roasted zucchini, mushrooms, fresh herbs, and tomatoes, tossed with parmesan and pasta. Crusty bread.
We spent the day down at the ocean in Rhode Island. Stopped for a late lunch early dinner. I got a whole clams plate (bellies!) with fries and cole slaw. I had a Sam Adam's Summer Ale to drink.
The kids got clam strip plates and my husband and step daughter split a fisherman's platter.
Holy Crap! In all my 48 years these were without a doubt the best clams I have ever eaten. This is where we ate Two Little Fish Seafood Restaurant

Thank you! This saved me from wandering around Sprouts, sipping the free coffee, without a clue. I'm going to add some cremini mushrooms and make something similar to go with leftover lamb burgers from last night.

Good heavens, magicshark! You simply have to stop making my mouth water. Now, I am craving fried clams, fries and coleslaw. Thanks a lot!
Tonight we are having polenta (with blue cheese and Parmesan) topped with chunks of crisp pork belly, cucumber/avocado/tomato salad, garlic toast and key lime tarts with whipped cream for dessert.
15 bean stew with ham, andoullie sausage and veggies. A side salad of spinach and arugula.
