Hi, my friends, finally snapped out of my funk and decided to cook. Tonight we are having: brown sugar Italian pork chops, parmesan garlic roasted baby potatoes, glazed carrots and buttermilk biscuits.

And a Dutch apple pie topped with Ben and Jerry's chocolate ice cream (vegan for him) Regular vanilla for us. I can't fathom chocolate ice cream on apple pie - but he's always loved it.

a fruit smoothie (4 berry frozen mix) spinach leaves and diet cran-pomegranate juice- onlt 5 calories per serving..
1/2 a baked chicken
stuffing.....the boxes were 4 for 1.00 in the bargain bin... i loaded up
