I baked ten heads of garlic in the toaster oven yesterday. SO's comment - the garage is free of mice and vampires.

Hubby wants fish, so baked orange roughy, a kale and Brussels sprout salad, and cheesy potatoes.

I'm trying a FB recipe for Snickerdoodle Cheescake bars.

It looks like tonight will be Gwyneth Paltrow's turkey meatballs with a homemade tomato sauce, and maybe a spinach salad with tomato and egg. That is, if I get off my duff and go to the store.
