I went yesterday to my local Indian store and picked up Moongre (Radish Pods) https://madteaparty.wordpress.com/20...i-radish-pods/ and will make a dish from that recipe and serving it with chapatis, homemade plain yogurt and lassi. For dessert each of us a Kinnow /mandarin hybrid https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kinnow also bought in the Indian store. Unfortunately the have a lot of pits but are very flavorful and juicy.

I need to go shopping today, so who knows.
I want to make Thai noodles with shrimp, but we just had Chinese last night, so maybe beef stroganoff.

hope hubby is ok. Don't blame you for not wanting to cook.

took a couple of chicken quarters out of the freezer. today is going to be in the 60s so might ask spoiled brat to grill them. WE are also having sweet potatoes and broccoli. If he grills we will grill the broccoli and some mushrooms. I wonder if you can grill sweet potatoes? I think I will check that out.

Thanks for the birthday wishes. I might have overdone it last night so doing everything as simple as possible today.
On that note tonight's dinner is some meatballs and red sauce I pulled out of the freezer. I'll serve with whatever pasta is in the pantry and some garlic bread. I might have the husband make the garlic bread. He's good like that!
