So we are having one of his favourite meals tonight. Grilled shrimp basted/brushed with jezebel sauce, rice and a salad.
Hope everyone's weekend has been as wonderful as mine.
Hey, way to go! Dinner sounds excellent also.

Yummers.

I made some Trader Joe's vegetable gyoza, a mixed green salad with gorgonzola and vinaigrette, and pork chops.

Made a spaghetti, served it over croutons with anchovies and sardines, Parmesan, chopped onions, and cajun seasoning. Had it with milk and berry juice.

I had set up the living room part of my great room and then my standing desk as my dining table behind that, so it was something of my first meal in the house eating more civilized (as oppose to hunched over a rolling file cabinet).

We are having spaghetti and meatballs, with a green salad and probably french bread, but am not sure about that. I just put the pot of speghit on, love to cook it all day. i made it yesterday, cooked it for awhile, and now it will keep cooking for about 12 hours. I had the meat balls in the freezer, had made them a few months ago.

Delicious

Tonight we have spaghetti with baby meatballs in a tomato sauce and a mixed garden salad. To drink sour lemon water. For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.

Thanks everyone for your kind words for my son. I am just so proud of him. I tried to rep you all but it was too soon for some of you.

Tonight a simple dinner. We are having hot dogs with potato chips and a pickle on the side. The kids can have either vanilla or strawberry milk. Not the healthiest meal but it's not going to kill them once in awhile.

Happy First Day Of Spring!!
