Easy, shortcut dinner tonight. I bought some pre made Madras curry sauce. I am going to chop up some chicken breast and cook it up in the curry. I'll make some jasmine rice and a kale-spinach salad.

last night we decided on Chinese take out so I have leftovers from that for tonight and DH will eat the leftover roasted chicken.

saw a good special on cornish game hens so i bought 10 of them..

pretty much one serving size..


they are roasting in the oven til they hit 165f


peanut butter chocolate cream pie.......somebody gave me a whole one for helping shovel her steps during a blizzard.....i feel obligated to eat it all so i dont insult her

I said I was making liver, but I didnt. We had a late lunch, so I wasnt very hungry...But of course, DH was.
I made some frozen chicken things with brie and apple. They make several varieties of chicken stuffed with sumpin sumpin, along with baked sweet potatoes.

I made a large batch of chili, and canned most of it in the pressure canner. The rest was dinner.
